How are the products shipped and when will they arrive?

Products are shipped priority mail via USPS. Priority mail for items within the US is typically 2-3 business days. International shipping can take 1 - 2 weeks. Please note if item is in stock it will ship within 72 hours.

Do you offer overnight or express shipping?

I will do my best to accomdate any shipping needs. Depending on the time of the order, items may not be able to ship until the following business day. Please send me a message via the "contact" form as early as possible if you would like something shipped overnight. Be sure to contact me BEFORE you place the order.

Are items that are "sold out" available for purchase?

Yes! Most definitely. If there is an item you would like to purchase and it is tagged as "sold out" in most cases, I am happy to make another. Please send me a message via the "contact" section and I can let you know fabrication time, etc.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I take pride in my packaging. All orders will be packaged in their own box with a decorative accent. If you would like the package to be gift wrapped in paper with a card please let me know via the contact form after you have placed the order. I am happy to wrap it for you free of charge.

What form of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Exchanges are available on most items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if you would like to make an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns are not currently offered unless under certain circumstances and will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us for if you have any questions.
